KAMUOYUNA AÇIK MEKTUP
Bilindiği gibi 1 Mayıs 2012 günü Mecidiyeköy-Şişli civarındaki banka ve şirketlere Anarşist Blok Kortejindeki bazı anarşistler tarafından çeşitli saldırılar düzenlenmiştir. Bizler bu saldırılara katıldığı iddiasıyla gözaltına alınan 60(?) kişi içerisinden 9. Ağır Ceza Mahkemesi tarafından tutuklanıp Metris T Tipi Kapalı Cezaevine hapsedilen 9 Anarşist tutsak olarak bu mektubu kaleme alıyoruz.
Birçoğumuz 14 Mayıs günü sabah saat 5’te bazılarımız da ertesi gün Terörle Mücadele ekipleri tarafından gözaltına alındık. Bilgisayarlarımıza, telefonlarımıza, flash belleklerimize, kitaplarımıza ve daha birçok özel eşyamıza evlerimize gelen ve sayıları 10 ile 20 arasında değişen polisler tarafından el konuldu. Terörle Mücadele şubesinde bize isnat eidlen suçlama terör örgütü adına kamu malına zarar vermekti. Anarşizmin düşünce yelpazesinin çok farklı uçlarında yer alan ve birçoğu birbirini ilk defa nezarethanede gören bu insanlar, bir terör örgütü oluşturmak ve birlikte eylem yapmakla suçlanırken, bazılarına da ısrarla sorgularında bu örgütün lideri oldukları kabul ettirilmeye çalışıldı. Anarşistlerin polislerin iddia ettiği gibi bir lideri olmasının anarşizmin doğasına tamamıyla aykırı ve imkansız olması gibi traji-komik denilebilecek mantıksızlıklar barındırması bir yana, bu suçlama birçoğu birbirini hiç tanımayan insanları aynı terör örgütüne üye olmakla itham etmesiyle de ayrı bir gülünçlük kazanmaktadır. Terör örgütüne üye oldukları iddia edilen insanların hiçbirinin evinde silah ya da mühimmat bulunmadı. Buna karşılık evlerinde bulunan Kropotkin gibi yazarların legal ve bu topraklardaki her kitapçıda bulunabilecek kitapları örgütsel doküman olarak değerlendirilip polis sorgusunda önlerine koyuldu. Birçoğunun facebook vb. sosyal paylaşım sitelerinde okudukları anarşistlerle ilgili haberler, paylaştıkları videolar, terör örgütüne üye olduklarının delili olarak mahkemeye sunuldu.
Hayvan özgürlüğü, insan hakları ve ekoloji gibi konularda çalışmalar yapan, tamamen yasal bir derneğe üye olmaları yine terör örgütüne üye olduklarına delil olarak gösterildi. Göz altında kaldıkları 4 gün boyunca hiçbir aile ferdiyle görüştürülmeyen , avukatları dahil kimseyi aramalarına izin verilmeyen bu insanlar üzerinde her türlü psikolojik baskı uygulandı. LGBTT bireyi bir arkadaşımıza cinsel yöneliminden dolayı nefret söyleminde bulunuldu. Bütün şüphelilere terör örgütünün varlığı kabul ettirilmeye ve başka insanlar hakkında yalan beyanlar verdirilmeye çalışıldı. Nitekim iki kişi bu baskılara dayanamayıp terör örgütü üyesi oldukları için 15-20 yıl ceza alacakları gibi tehditlerden korkarak hiç tanımadıkları insanlar aleyhine ifade verdiler. Polisin aralarında hiçbir telefon, internet vs. üzerinden konuşma bulmadığı, hayatlarında bir kez bile görmedikleri insanları polis zoruyla teşhis ettiklerini söylediler, bazılarını örgüt lideri olmakla suçladılar. Birçok arkadaşımız milyonlarca kişide bulunabilecek model ve renkteki ayakkabı, çanta ve kemer gibi aksesuarları görüntülerdeki insanların aksesuarlarına benzediği gerekçesiyle tutuklandı. Tabii ki bu yetersiz ve mantık dışı delillerle anarşist bir terör örgütünün varlığı ispatlanamadı. Bu yüzden davalarımız sadece kamu malına zarar vermekle suçlanıyor. Şunu belirtmek istiyoruz ki, her türlü yasa ve otoriteyi reddeden, bütün devletleri katil olarak gören biz anarşistler için devletin bize terörist deyip dememesinin hiçbir değeri yok. Roboski’de onlarca masum insanı öldüren, 11 yaşındaki Uğur Kaymaz’ı 13 kurşunla katleden ve bunlar için kimseye ceza vermeyen devletin bizi yargılıyor olmasının bizim gözümüzde hiçbir değeri yok. 1 Mayıs 1977’de 34 kişiyi katleden devlet kimseyi bu katliam için gözaltına dahi almamıştı. Ama bu 1 Mayıs’ta üç-beş bankanın camı kırıldığı için 60 kişiyi gözaltına almak ve 9’unu tutuklamakta bir beis görmedi. Tutuklanan iki arkadaşımız üniversitedeki finallerine giremedi, okulları uzayacak, haklarında okul tarafından soruşturma açılma ve okuldan uzaklaştırılma veya atılma gibi ihtimaller de var. Bir arkadaşımız üniversite sınavına hazırlanıyor, cezaevinde yeteri kadar çalışamayacağı ortada. Yüksek Lisans yapan bir arkadaşımız tutuklandığı için tezini yazamayacak. 3 arkadaşımızın tutuklandıktan sonra işlerinden çıkartıldıkları haberi geldi. Gözaltına alındığımızdan beri devletin övünmekle bitiremediği hukuk sisteminin bir baskı ve tektipleştirme aracından başka bir şey olmadığını, adalet, hak gibi kavramların sadece söylemde kaldığını bizzat deneyimledik ve hemen serbest kalmak istiyoruz. Ama kimse yanlış anlamasın, kimseye yalvarmıyor ya da kimseden bir şey dilenmiyoruz. Siyasi düşüncelerimizden dolayı burada olduğumuzun farkındayız. Bu yüzden yaptığımız ya da yapmadığımız hiçbir şeyden pişman değiliz. Bu mektubu yazma amacımız sadece kamuoyunun gerçekleri öğrenmesini sağlamaktır.
Biz sadece anarşist olduğumuz ve otoritelerini tanımadığımız için tutuklayanların amacının bize gözdağı vererek bizi değil eylem yapmak, en ufak hakkını aramaktan korkacak insanlara çevirmek olduğunu biliyoruz. Ama onların bilmediği şey, kokuşmuş uygarlıklarının zindanlarının bizim düşüncelerimizi zapt edemeyeceği ve kendimizi her zamankinden güçlü hissettiğimizdir.
Biz bütün dünyadaki anarşistleri kardeşimiz olarak görüyoruz ve Atina’dan Amed’e, Chiapas’tan Gazze’ye, Toronto’dan Seattle’a yüreğinde özgürlük ateşi yanan herkese, dünyanın bütün isyancılarına selam, sevgi ve dayanışma çağrımızı yolluyoruz. Bilsinler ki yalnız değiller, bu topraklarda da mücadele eden insanlar var. Şimdiye kadar gösterdikleri dayanışma ve bizim için yaptıkları eylemler için de hepsine tek tek teşekkür ediyoruz. Dünyanın geri kalanı gibi başaından beri bizimle dayanışan ve bizim için eylemler yapan bu topraklardaki anarşistlere teşekkür etmek için bu sayfalar yetmez. An Open Letter From Anarchist Prisoners in Turkey to the Public
As known, there had been attack to some banks and companies which are around the Mecidiyeköy-Şişli by some anarchists who are within the Anarchist block on 1st of May 2012. We, as 9 of the 60 people who had been taken to the custody with the blames of the Police Department. We, as 9 anarchist prisoners whom were arrested by the decision of the 9th Criminal Court and had been put in to the Metris – Type T prison writing this letter.
Most of us got under custody by the Counter-Terror Squads on 14th of may, 5 a.m. in the morning, and some on the following day. Our computers, telephones, flash drives, books and many other personal stuffs’ got seized by the the police which were around 10-20 who came to our home. The claim that have been by the police department to us was the “damaging public property in the name of terror organization”. While, The individuals which have the pretty much different points of the anarchist ideas and also who have seen the first time each other while under surveillance were blaming for creating terrorist organisation, and some of them was forced to make them agree on being the leader of the terrorist organisation by the police during the interrogating. Even though the leadership is totally contradictory to the anarchist idea and thus is impossible that was the the claim by the police which is tragic-comic imprudence, and also with that claim which is “being member of the same terror organisation” makes things more comic. The people which are claimed by the police of being a member of the terrorist organisation had no arms or amuniton in their home. However, the books which can be find on the every bookstore -for example books of the writers like Kropotkin- had been claimed as an organisational documention on the interrogation by the police. The articles which they had read and the videos that they shared on social media were claimed as evidences to the court by the police.
The membership of the people to a legal association which is working on animal liberation, human rights and ecology issues also claimed as an evidence by the police. All the pyschological pressures used over the people who were under custody for 4 days and were not allowed to see their family members, also were not allowed to call anyone -even their lawyers. On of our LGBT friend had been attacked by “hate speeches”. All the people forced to agree the existence of the terrorist organisation and also forced to give the fake speeches about the other people. However two people who had been scared by the threats of 15-20 years of prison sentence beacuse of the membership on the terrorist organisation declared misstatements about the people that they never know anything about. By the pressure of the police, they have blamed some people which the police had no evidence over telephone, internet or any other communication with each other, as leader of the organisation, and “identified” them as attackers. Most of our friends got arrested just because of they have the close model and coloured bag, shoes, belt etc. as millions of people can have the same close type of with the people who are video taped on the attack. Of course it is not proved that an anarchist terror rganisation exists with that lacking and irrational evidences. Because of that we got blamed by damage to the public property. We want to clear out that, we, as anarchists who reject all the laws and authories and see all the states as murderers, we don’t care that if the state tells us we are terrorists or not. We don’t care that the state’s mass killing of tens of people in “Roboski”, killing 11 year old Uğur Kaymaz with 13 bullets and giving no punishment for that ones, than judging us. The state that had killed 34 people in 1977, did not even take any people to the custody. But had no problem for taking 60 people to the custody and arresting 9 of them for just 3-5 broken bank windows. Two of the arrested friends couldn’t enter the final exams on their university, there’s a possibility of that there can be an investigation by their universities and they can get a punishment of suspension or dismission. One of our friends is preparing for the general exam for the entrance of the university, it’s pretty clear that it’s not possible to study enough on the prison. One of friend who is studying M.A/M.S on university would not continue on the thesis of very own. We got news that 3 friend got sacked after they got arrested. Since we’re taken to the custody we’ve experienced the legal system which the states always tells what great it is, actually is no more than a pressure and normalizing tool and notions like justice, right is just on the theory. We want to be out now. But let us explain that neither we ask to anyone nor we beg to anyone. We know that we’re in prison just because of our policial ideas. Because of that, we are not regretfull for the anything we did or we did not. The reason is for writing that letter is just telling truths to the public to know and to help them to learn what is going on.
We know the purpose of the ones who arrested us, is not just fearing us for joining an action, they also like to turn us into the ones who are scared of to resist for their very own rights. But the thing that they do not know is that the prisons of their disgusting civilization will not be able to suppress our ideas and we feel stronger than ever before.
We see all the anarchists in the world as our fellows and sending our greetings, loves and solidarity call to all the insurrectionarists of the world who has freedom fire on their hearts and who are from Athens, Amed, Chiapas, Gazze, Toronto or Seattle… Let you know that you are not alone and there are people in that lands who is struggling too. We thank every one of them, for the solidarity and for the actions that support us. It’s not possible to define our feelings for to describe the local anarchists who are supporting and made actions for us, as the rest of the world, -these pages are very limited for our thank to them. We hug them all with our very dearly greetings. Let them know that we know that they are with us, and we are never feeling alone, even a moment. With wishes of us for many long days with insurrection and solidarity.

CARTA ABIERTA AL PÚBLICO DE presos anarquistas
Como ustedes saben el 01 de mayo 2012 se organizaron varios ataques contra los bancos y las empresas cerca de Mecidiyeköy-Sisli (Estambul) por parte de algunos anarquistas wiithin el cortejo anarquista Blok. Nosotros, los 9 presos anarquistas estamos escribiendo esta carta que ha sido arrestado y encarcelado en Metris Tipo T cárcel cerrada por el 9. Corte pena muy dura de 60 (?) Las personas que fueron detenidas con la acusación de que nos unimos a estos ataques.
Muchos de nosotros fueron detenidos el 14 de mayo por la mañana a las 5 am y algunos de nosotros al día siguiente por los equipos de combatir el terrorismo. Nuestras computadoras, teléfonos, discos flash, libros y un montón de otros objetos personales fueron confiscados por los agentes de policía que llegaron a nuestras casas en grupos de números de cambio de entre 10 y 20. En la sucursal de combatir el terrorismo (Sección Especial) que fueron acusados de causar daños a la propiedad pública en nombre de la organización terrorista. Las personas que se colocan en extremos muy diferentes del pensamiento anarquista del espectro y las personas que se han reunido entre sí por primera vez en prisión fueron acusados de formar una organización terrorista y de actuar en conjunto en acciones concertadas, mientras que algunos de nosotros se vieron obligados a aceptar ser los líderes de una organización con insistencia en los interrogatorios. Esta acusación no sólo consiste en lo que sólo puede ser descrito como ilógicos tragicómicos, ya que es imposible y está en contra de la naturaleza misma del anarquismo anarquista de tener un líder que según la policía, sino también como la acusación afirma que una gran cantidad de personas que tienen no se conocen entre sí a todo lo anteriormente son miembros de la misma organización adquiere otro absurdo ridículo. En ninguna de estas viviendas de las personas que están acusadas de ser miembros de una organización terrorista ni las armas ni municiones fueron encontradas. Sin embargo, sus libros se encuentran en sus hogares por autores como Kropotkin, que son publicaciones de carácter jurídico y se puede encontrar en cualquier librería en estas tierras fueron tomadas para ser lo más documentos de la organización y poner en frente de ellos por la policía en los interrogatorios en la prisión. Noticias que leer acerca de los anarquistas en las redes sociales como Facebook, vídeos compartidos que se presentaron a la corte como evidencia de la pertenencia a una organización terrorista.
Su trabajo en materia de libertad de los animales, los derechos humanos y la ecología y de su pertenencia a las asociaciones completamente legales en relación con estas actividades se muestra de nuevo como prueba de pertenencia a organización terrorista. Todo tipo de presión psicológica se practica en estas personas que no se les permitió ver los miembros de la familia o para llamar a cualquier persona, incluyendo sus abogados para toda la duración de 4 días que estuvieron bajo custodia. Uno de nuestros amigos, un individuo LGBTT fue sometida a la incitación al odio debido a su su / sexual de tendencia. Todos los sospechosos fueron obligados a aceptar la existencia de la organización terrorista y para dar declaraciones falsas en contra de otros. De hecho dos personas que eran incapaces de soportar esta presión y por temor de las amenazas, como que iban a ser condenados a penas de prisión de 15-20 años por ser miembros de la organización terrorista hizo declaraciones negativas contra las personas que nunca han conocido antes. Identificaron a las personas la fuerza de policía que nunca habían visto ni una sola vez en sus vidas antes a pesar de que la policía no pudo encontrar pruebas de las conversaciones entre ellos a través del teléfono o de Internet, acusó a algunos de ser líder de la organización. Muchos de nuestros amigos fueron detenidos por razones de modelo de uso y el color de los zapatos que pueden ser poseídos por millones de personas, o por sus accesorios como bolsos y cinturones que tenían el mismo aspecto de los accesorios en las imágenes (CCTV). Por supuesto, la existencia de una organización terrorista no se puede establecer con estas evidencias insuficientes e ilógico. Por esta razón nuestros casos sólo se han llevado ante el tribunal con la acusación de causar daño criminal a la propiedad pública. Nos gustaría señalar que, como para nosotros, los anarquistas que rechazan todo tipo de ley y la autoridad, que ven todos los estados como asesinos, ya sean los nombres de los estados nos como terroristas o no, no significa nada para nosotros.
El hecho de que el mismo estado, que mató a decenas de personas inocentes en Roboski (Uludere), que masacró a Uğur Kaymaz con 13 balas y que no castigó a nadie, o condena por estos delitos, nos está tratando de ha de ningún valor en absoluto en nuestros ojos. El estado que asesinó a 34 personas el 1 de mayo de 1977 no había tomado aún en cualquier persona bajo custodia de esta masacre. Sin embargo, en este 1 de mayo (2012) el Estado no ve ninguna objeción para tomar en custodia a 60 personas y para la detención de nueve sólo por las ventanas de tres a cinco bancos estaban rotas. Dos de nuestros amigos detenidos fueron incapaces de tomar sus exámenes finales de la universidad, sus estudios se prolongará, con las posibilidades que van a ser objeto de cuestionamiento de investigación, la repugnancia por la fuerza o expulsados de la educación todos juntos. Un amigo se está preparando para el examen de ingreso a la universidad, es obvio s / él no será capaz de preparar o estudiar para este en la cárcel. Otro amigo que ha estado llevando a cabo un estudio de los maestros no podrán escribir sus tesis. Noticias de que se recibieron 3 amigos fueron despedidos de sus puestos de trabajo después de ser arrestado. Desde el momento en que fueron puestos bajo custodia, hemos experimentado personalmente de primera mano que el sistema jurídico, de los cuales el Estado no puede tener suficiente de presumir, no es más que una herramienta de opresión y monotypefication, que conceptos tales como justicia y equidad y los derechos permanecen como expresiones desnudos en papel y queremos ser (juego) en libertad de inmediato. Pero que nadie nos malinterprete, no estamos pidiendo a nadie ni pidiendo nada a nadie. Somos conscientes del hecho de que se llevan a cabo aquí a causa de nuestras opiniones políticas. Por esta razón, no me arrepiento de nada que hemos hecho o hemos dejado de hacer. Nuestro único objetivo al escribir esta carta es para asegurarse de que el público conozca la verdad.
Sabemos que la intención de aquellos que nos han detenido sólo porque somos anarquistas y no reconocen su autoridad, es para nosotros a su vez, mediante la intimidación, en personas que tienen miedo de reclamar hasta el más pequeño de nuestros derechos y mucho menos demostrar o tener acción (contra la injusticia). Pero lo que no sabemos es, las prisiones de sus civilizaciones podridos no se pueden limitar o controlar nuestros pensamientos y nos sentimos más fuertes que nunca.
Vemos todos los anarquistas en el mundo como nuestros hermanos y hermanas, y enviar a todos aquellos cuyos corazones están en llamas por la libertad, de Atenas a Amed, de Chiapas a Gazze, de Toronto a Seattle nuestros saludos, el amor y la llamada de la solidaridad. Ellos deben saber que no están solos, hay gente en estos geografía que están luchando por la libertad también. Damos las gracias a todos por la solidaridad que mostró con nosotros y por las manifestaciones que tenían. Al igual que el resto del mundo, las páginas no sólo es suficiente para agradecer a los anarquistas de estas tierras (Turquía) que han sido solidarios con nosotros desde el principio y que ha demostrado por nuestra libertad. Les abrazo a todos con nuestros saludos más calurosos sincerestand. Todos ustedes deben saber que somos conscientes de que usted está de nuestro lado y no nos sentimos solos ni siquiera por un momento. Deseando muchos días juntos en la solidaridad y la rebelión …
