Özgürlük İçin Sosyal Alan

Venizelou ve Vas’ta yeni bir bina açıldı. Irakliou 18’in köşesinde. Bina şehrin içinde açıldı. Minyatür bir şehir gibi olan bu binanın istediğimiz özgürlük için bir alan olmasını istiyoruz. Bir kısmımız buraya gelirken birbirimizi önceden tanıyorduk, bir kısmımız ile daha sonradan tanıştık ve bir araya geldik. İşbirliğiyle kurduğumuz bu bina hem bizim ihtiyaçlarımızı gerçekleştiriyordu hem de yüzü ve sesi olmayan insanların ihtiyaçlarını gerçekleştiriyordu. Bu yüzden birinci tekil şahış olarak konuşuyoruz, tekil ve çoğul olarak aynı zamanda.

Özgürlüğün zamanını yaratıyoruz:

Bizim için hazırlanan yada belirsiz bir gelecekte değil. Geleceğin zamanı insanların kazanç ve rekabet standartlarıyla değil sosyal dayanışma ve teklif için hareket ettiği yerdedir. Anlar ve durumlar insanların ihtiyaçlarını kendi yeteneklerine göre sorumluluklarını üstlenerek karşıladıkları, sosyal çevrelerine kendi kendilerine söz verdikleri ve durumun açlık, şiddet ve dışlamanın yarattığı zorlamayı yok etmesiyle oluşur. Bu durum yapının kendi kendine yönetim, otonomik ve anti-hiyerarşik olmasıyla kabul edilebilir: yani gerçekten yobazlığın, parlamentonun, milliyetçiliğin, ırkçılığın, seksizmin, savaşın, dinin, idarenin ve sömürünün karşısında bir duruş.

Özgürlüğe alan açıyoruz:

Micropolis’te kendi kendini yöneten kafe/bar/konser sahnesi, çocukların çocuklarla işbirliği yapabilecekleri bir alan, ebeveynler ve eğitimciler, ücretsiz bir şekilde internete girebileceğiniz ve kullanabileceğiniz bilgisayar odası, montaj odası, okuma odası/kütüphane, projeksiyon ekibi, işbirliğiyle hazırlanan yemekler… var (yada olacak).

Tüm bu işlemler tamamen anti-ticari bir şekilde gerçekleşecek ve tüm kazanç, ortak bir şekilde kurulan mecliste karar verilerek alanımızın bakımına ve yararına kullanılacaktır. Meclis alanımızla aynı yoldadır, açık (hem her kişiye hemde her türlü yeni fikir ve faaliyete) yönetim ( iç işlevler ve alanın eylemleri için karar veren). Bu meclis kesinlikle bir politik grup değildir ve olmak istememektedir.

Doğrudan demokrasiyi gerçekleştiriyoruz:

Micropolis doğrudan Aralık isyanıyla ilişkilidir. Bu alanın oluşması için ilk adım işgal edilen Tiyatro Okulu’nda atıldı. Aralık TV’de gösterilenler değildi. En başta Aralık kendi gözlerimizde gördüğümüz ve canlı olarak bıraktıklarıdır: öfke ve şiddetin popüler meclislerle çarpışması, halkta ve eylem alanlarında birlikte yönetimin ve birlikte yaşamanın gerçekleşmesiydi. Bu ölümle gelen mücadelenin yoğunlaşmasının ve tamamlayıcı formların bir araya gelmesinin vereceği üstünlük bize gurur ve yaşam için çan çalacak bir lider olmadan daha iyi olduğumuzu hatırlattı. İşgal edilen Tiyatro Okulu’nda fikir ayrılıklarına saygı duyulmasını öğrememiz gerektiğini itiraf ettik ve anladık ki birbirimizden farklıysak birlikte hareket etmeliyiz ve bir lider olmadan da kendi yolumuzu çizebiliriz. Ve hepimiz geleceğimizin seçimler, skandallar ve batmış bir demokraside değil doğrudan demokrasi, dayanışma ve özgürlükte olduğunu anladık. Bu değerlerin gerçekleşmesi, dışarıda yakın çevrelerini bu sosyal alanın yaratacağı rota ile etkiler.

Anti-otoriterliği sosyalleştiriyoruz:

Her birimiz bu alanın yaratılması için girişimi ve sorumlulğu üstlendik, yaşadığımız dünyadan daha farklı bir yer hayal ediyoruz. Ama bu alanda yaşamayacağımızı da biliyoruz. Ve acı bir şekilde görüyoruz ki artıkyıllarda yaşıyoruz: Aralık’tan sonra yönetme denemeleri, itirafların yoğunlaşması, kontrol ve baskı, yetiştirilmiş ırkçılık ve buraya gelen insanların avlanarak değersizleştirilmesi, insanlıktan giderek yoksunlaşılması. Ve tüm bu genelleştirilmiş kapitalist krizin şartlarında onlar bunu kendilerine daha yararlı bir hale dönüştürmek, daha sert ayrımlar yaratmak, anlamlarında çölü daha da genişletmek istiyorlar.

Biz dünyayı değiştirmek için kendimizi değiştirmemiz gerektiğini biliyoruz. Ve elimizde bunun için sihirli bir tarif yok – sadece diliyoruz. Ve çevremize bakıp izole edilmiş/içine kapanmış insanlığı, nefrete batmış, kârcılık ve yalnızlaşmayı görünce birlikte yaşamayı ve üretmeyi saçiyoruz, bu şekilde yaşayan her birimizin bulunduğu kolektif veya toplum bizim birer uzantımızdır.

Social space for Freedom

A building is opened in Venizelou and Vas. Irakliou 18, corner. It is opened in the city. A building, a miniature of the city, that we want, a social space for freedom we want. We came here people who have been met earlier and others who have been together afterwards. In order to co-manage a space that satisfies our needs, but also the needs of those that have no face and voice. In order we speak in first person, singular and plural, at the same time.

In order we create moments of the future. Not of the future vaguely, neither of the future they prepare for us. Moments of the future where people will not behave in standards of gain and competitiveness, but in criteria of social solidarity and offer. Moments and situations where people satisfy their needs by expressing their creativity and assume responsibility, self-pledged to their social surroundings- situations that want to efface for ever the coercions of hunger, violence or exclusion. This is considered that serve the structure of self-management, autonomous and anti-hierarchical: virtual opposition to bigotry parliamentarianism, nationalism, racism, sexism, war,religion,dominion, exploitation.

In order we give space to freedom:

In the social space Micropolis there are (or there will be) self-managed café/bar/concert hall, a place for children co-managed by children, parents and educators, computer room with free access to internet and realization of lessons, assembly room, library/reading-room, projection group, food co-operative…
All these operations exist due to interest of people who participate in them since now and they are on the one hand anti-commercial in terms of every cash transaction aims exclusively at the maintenance and development of the space and its activities and on the other hand all
people participate and co-decide equally, without leaders, allocations and representations.
The general assembly of this space functions in the same way, is open (both to people and new ideas and activity initiatives) and managing (decides for the inner function and the actions of the space.) This assembly isn’t and doesn’t want to be a political group.

In order we fulfill the direct democracy:

The social space Micropolis is related directly to the December uprising. The prime for the creation of this space was given inside the squatted Theatre School. December wasn’t what TV showed. It was first of all what we saw in our own eyes and what was left as biome: from
rage and violent clashes to popular assemblies, co-management and coexistence in public and movement places. It was the condensation and the transcendence at the same time of decades struggles and forms a collateral that we want always to reminds us that dignity and life have
no need of any bell-wether leader in order to fight back against present death. Inside squatted Theatre School we had to admit that we should learn to discuss with respect to disagreements and we realised that even if we are different we can function together and we can destine our
own life without having the need of any leader. So it becomes to every of us a conviction that our future can’t be elections, scandals and this bankrupt democracy, but direct democracy, solidarity and freedom. The actualization of these values, their diffusion outside its near
circles, traces the route of this social space.

In order we socialize antiauthority:

Every of us that take this initiative and responsibility to create this space, we imagine a different than the present world. But we know that we don’t live in it. And we have also the bitter knowledge that we live in bissextile years: dominion tries to fight back after December,
to intensify imputation, control and repression, to cultivate racism and depreciation of people that have arrived here hunted, to reduce humanness. And all these in circumstances of generalized capitalistic crisis that they want to convert into a chance for better profit, stronger
separations, a chance for expanding the desert of meanings.
We understand that we should change the world by changing ourselves. And we don’t have the magic recipe- just the will. And as we look around the bankrupt of the isolated/private person, sunken in antagonism, profit and loneliness, we choose to live and create collectively, as persons for whom the collective or society is extension of ourselves.

And here we are waiting (in Shelley’s words) everyone that has already hit the road.

Κοινωνικός Χώρος για την Ελευθερία


Ένα κτίριο στη γωνία Βενιζέλου και Βασ. Ηρακλείου 18 άνοιξε. Άνοιξε στην πόλη. Ένα κτίριο, μικρογραφία της πόλης που θέλουμε, ένας κοινωνικός χώρος για την ελευθερία που θέλουμε. Ήρθαμε εδώ άνθρωποι που είχαμε συναντηθεί και νωρίτερα, και άλλοι που βρεθήκαμε μετά. Για να συλλειτουργήσουμε έναν χώρο που να καλύπτει τις ανάγκες μας, αλλά και τις ανάγκες όσων δεν έχουν πρόσωπο και φωνή. Για να μιλήσουμε σε πρώτο πρόσωπο, ενικό και πληθυντικό συγχρόνως.

Για να φτιάξουμε στιγμές από το μέλλον

Όχι από το μέλλον έτσι αόριστα, ούτε από το μέλλον που μας προετοιμάζουν. Στιγμές από το μέλλον όπου οι άνθρωποι δεν θα λειτουργούν με γνώμονα το κέρδος και την ανταγωνιστικότητα, αλλά με γνώμονα την κοινωνική αλληλεγγύη και προσφορά. Στιγμές και καταστάσεις ανθρώπων που καλύπτουν τις ανάγκες τους εκφράζοντας τη δημιουργικότητά τους και αναλαμβάνουν ευθύνες αυτοδεσμευόμενοι απέναντι στον κοινωνικό τους περίγυρο – καταστάσεις που θέλουν να διαγράψουν για πάντα τους καταναγκασμούς της πείνας, της βίας ή του αποκλεισμού. Αυτό θεωρούμε ότι υπηρετούν και οι δομές της αυτοδιαχείρισης, αυτόνομες και αντιιεραρχικές: την έμπρακτη αντίθεση στη μισαλλοδοξία, τον κοινοβουλευτισμό, τον εθνικισμό, τον ρατσισμό, τον σεξισμό, τον πόλεμο, τη θρησκεία, την κυριαρχία, την εκμετάλλευση.

Για να δώσουμε χώρο στην ελευθερία

Στον κοινωνικό χώρο Μικρόπολις λειτουργούν (ή θα λειτουργήσουν) αυτοδιαχειριζόμενο καφενείο / μπαρ / χώρος συναυλιών, παιδότοπος συνδιαχειριζόμενος από παιδιά, γονείς και παιδαγωγούς, αίθουσα υπολογιστών για την ελεύθερη πρόσβαση στο internet και τη διενέργεια μαθημάτων, αίθουσα εκδηλώσεων, βιβλιοθήκη / αναγνωστήριο, ομάδα προβολών, συνεργατική τροφίμων…
Όλες αυτές οι λειτουργίες υπάρχουν χάρη στο ενδιαφέρον των ανθρώπων που μέχρι τώρα συμμετέχουμε, και είναι αφενός αντιεμπορευματικές, με την έννοια πως οποιαδήποτε οικονομική συναλλαγή αποσκοπεί αποκλειστικά στη συντήρηση και ανάπτυξη του χώρου και των δραστηριοτήτων του, και αφετέρου αντιιεραρχικές, καθώς όλα τα άτομα συμμετέχουν και συναποφασίζουν ισότιμα, χωρίς αρχηγούς, αναθέσεις και αντιπροσωπεύσεις. Η γενική συνέλευση του χώρου λειτουργεί με τον ίδιο τρόπο, είναι ανοιχτή (τόσο σε άτομα όσο και σε νέες ιδέες και πρωτοβουλίες δραστηριοτήτων) και διαχειριστική (αποφασίζει για την εσωτερική λειτουργία και τις εκδηλώσεις του χώρου). Δεν είναι ούτε θέλει να γίνει πολιτική ομάδα.

Για να πραγματώσουμε την άμεση δημοκρατία

Ο κοινωνικός χώρος Μικρόπολις συνδέεται άμεσα με την εξέγερση του Δεκέμβρη. Το έναυσμα για τη δημιουργία του δόθηκε μέσα στην κατειλημμένη τότε σχολή θεάτρου. Ο Δεκέμβρης δεν ήταν όσα έδειξαν οι τηλεοράσεις, ήταν πρωτίστως όσα είδαμε με τα μάτια μας και όσα μας έμειναν σαν βιώματα: από την οργή και τις βίαιες συγκρούσεις μέχρι τις λαϊκές συνελεύσεις, τη συνδιαχείριση και τη συνύπαρξη στους δημόσιους χώρους και τους χώρους του κινήματος. Ήταν η συμπύκνωση, και η υπέρβαση συγχρόνως, αγώνων δεκαετιών, κι αποτελεί παρακαταθήκη που θέλουμε να μας θυμίζει πάντα ότι η αξιοπρέπεια και η ζωή δεν έχουν ανάγκη από κανέναν πρωτοπόρο καθοδηγητή για να μπορούν να αντιπαλεύουν τον παρόντα θάνατο. Μέσα στην κατειλημμένη σχολή θεάτρου αναγνωρίσαμε πως πρέπει να μάθουμε να διαλεγόμαστε με σεβασμό στις διαφωνίες, και συνειδητοποιήσαμε πως με όλη τη διαφορετικότητά μας μπορούμε να συλλειτουργήσουμε και να ορίσουμε εμείς τη ζωή μας, χωρίς να χρειαζόμαστε κανέναν αρχηγό. Έτσι, έγινε πεποίθηση όλων μας πως το μέλλον μας δεν μπορεί να είναι οι εκλογές, τα σκάνδαλα και η χρεοκοπημένη δημοκρατία, αλλά η Άμεση Δημοκρατία, η Αλληλεγγύη και η Ελευθερία. Η πραγμάτωση αυτών των αξιών, η διάχυσή τους έξω από τους προσφιλείς τους κύκλους, χαράζει και το «δρόμο» αυτού του κοινωνικού χώρου.

Για να κοινωνικοποιήσουμε την αντιεξουσία

Όσες και όσοι πήραμε την πρωτοβουλία και την ευθύνη για τη δημιουργία αυτού του χώρου φανταζόμαστε έναν κόσμο αλλιώτικο από τον σημερινό. Γνωρίζουμε όμως ότι δεν γεννηθήκαμε μέσα σε αυτόν. Κι έχουμε ακόμη την πικρή γνώση ότι ζούμε σε δίσεκτους καιρούς: Η κυριαρχία προσπαθεί να αντεπιτεθεί μετά τον Δεκέμβρη, να εντείνει τη συκοφαντία, τον έλεγχο και την καταστολή, να καλλιεργήσει τον ρατσισμό και την απαξίωση ανθρώπων που φτάνουν κυνηγημένοι ως εδώ, να περιστείλει το ανθρώπινο. Κι όλα αυτά μέσα σε συνθήκες μιας γενικευμένης καπιταλιστικής κρίσης, που θέλουν να μετατρέψουν σε ευκαιρία για μεγαλύτερα κέρδη, ισχυρότερους διαχωρισμούς, ευκαιρία για επέκταση της ερήμου των νοημάτων.
Κατανοούμε ότι χρειάζεται να αλλάξουμε τον κόσμο αλλάζοντας τον εαυτό μας. Και δεν έχουμε τη μαγική συνταγή – μόνο τη θέληση. Και βλέποντας γύρω μας τη χρεωκοπία του απομονωμένου/ιδιωτικού ατόμου, βυθισμένου στον ανταγωνισμό, τα κέρδη του και τη μοναξιά του, επιλέγουμε να ζήσουμε και να δημιουργούμε συλλογικά, ως άτομα για τα οποία η συλλογικότητα ή η κοινωνία είναι προέκταση του εαυτού τους.

SINIRLARA HAYIR – MİDİLLİ ADASI (LESVOS/YUNANİSTAN) 2009

Son birkaç yılda Midilli Adası Avrupa’ya ulaşmaya çalışan binlerce mülteci ve göçmen için ana giriş kapılarından biri oldu. Küçük plastik botlar tıklım tıklım halde Türkiye ve Yunanistan arasındaki deniz sınırını geçmeye çalışıyorlar ama bazıları bunu başaramıyor. Son 20 yılda bu yolda 1100’den fazla göçmen ve mülteci hayatını kaybetti.
Yunan Sahil Güvenliği, Avrupa ve Yunan “giriş önlenmesi” sözleşmelerini takiben mültecilerin haklarını ihlal ediyor ve hayatlarını tehlikeye sokuyor. Aynı zamanda faaliyetleri ilk botu adada Haziran 2008’de işlemeye başlayan Frontex tarafından da destekleniyor. Son zamanlarda Frontex yetkilileri Pagani’(Lesvos)daki mülteci ve göçmenleri sorgulamaya/soruşturmaya başladı.
Pagani (adanın başkenti Mitilini’den 5 km uzakta), mülteci ve göçmenlerin Midilli’ye ayak basar basmaz gönderildikleri gözaltı merkezlerinin bulunduğu yer. Mülteciler haftalarca, aylarca orada alıkonuluyorlar. Temel insan haklarının geçerli olmadığı bir hapishane. Hem bina, insanları ağırlamak için gerekli altyapıdan yoksun, hem de mültecilere hiçbir iletişim olanağı verilmiyor, sahip oldukları haklar bildirilmiyor ve temiz havaya erişim izni verilmiyor.
Bir kez Eurodac sistemine kaydedildikten sonra, mülteciler sınırdışı edilme emriyle ülkeyi bir ay içinde terk etmek koşuluyla serbest bırakılıyorlar. Sığınma başvurusunda bulunanlar kendilerini bürokratik karmaşanın içinde buluyor, devlet şiddetine uğruyorlar (geçen aylarda Atina Yabancılar Şubesi’nde iki kişi mağdur edildi) ve sonuçta başvuruların sadece %0.60’ı kabul ediliyor.
Yunanistan’da kalıp iş bulmaya karar verenler birçok zorlamaya, ağır çalışma saatlerine, insanlık dışı koşullara dayanmak zorundalar ve bütün bunların karşılığı küçük düşürücü bir ücret. Riskli durumları göz önünde bulundurularak daha iyi çalışma koşulları elde etmek için örgütlenme hakları verilmiyor. Kısa süre önce yabancı bir kadına – bir ticaret temsilcisi – yönelik kezzapla suikast girişimi de bunun örneklerinden biridir.
Diğer Avrupa ülkelerine ulaşmak için (genellikle İtalya üzerinden) yolculuklarına devam etmeye çalışanlar Patras’takiler gibi Sahil Güvenliğin baskıcı faaliyetlerinin gündelikleştiği batı limanlarına gidiyorlar. Ve sıklıkla içlerinde ülkeden ayrılmaya çalıştıkları kamyonlarda ölü bulunuyorlar. Yolculuklarına devam etmeyi başaranlarsa eğer yakalanırlarsa Dublin Yönetmeliği gereğince Yunanistan’a geri gönderiliyorlar.
Schengen Anlaşması’ndan Dublin Yönetmeliği’ne, Avrupa Göç ve Sığınma Paktı’ndan sözde “utanç yönergesi”ne, Frontex’ten IOM’e, gözaltı merkezlerinden ihraç ve caydırma pratiklerine, sınırlardan başkentlere, Avrupa göç fenomeniyle açıkça baskı ve sınır kontrol yöntemleriyle baş ediyor.
Burda Midilli’de “Avrupa kalesi”nin inşası açıkça görülüyor. Bu yüzden sınırlarda neler olduğuyla ilgili deneyimleri paylaşmak, problemleri tartışmak, eylemlerimizi koordine etmek ve
Yeni emperyalizm politikalarına ve mülteciliği yaratan her şeye,
Sınır rejimine ve kontrol ve baskı uygulamalarına,
Göçün suç haline getirilmesine,
Gözaltı merkezlerine ve göçmenlerle mültecilerin haklarının ihlal edilmesine,
Göçmen emeğinin sömürülmesine karşı savaşmak için hepinizi 25-31 Ağustos’ta bize katılmaya çağırıyoruz.

No Border Lesvos 2009
In the last few years the island of Lesvos has represented one of the main entrance gate for thousands of refugees and migrants seeking to reach Europe. Packed in tiny plastic boats they try to cross the sea border between Turkey and Greece but some of them can’t make it. More than 1.100 migrants and refugees have lost their lives that way in Aegean sea the last 20 years.
The Hellenic Coast Guard, following the european and greek policies of “prevention of entrance” violates the rights of the refugees and put their lives in danger. At the same time, though, its activities are supported by Frontex, whose first boat started operating on the island in July 2008. Recently Frontex’s officials started interviewing / investigating refugees and migrants in Pagani (Lesvos).
Pagani (5 kilometres outside Mitilini, the capital of the island) is where the detention centre is located, to which refugees and migrants are sent, as soon as they set foot on Lesvos. And where they are detained for weeks and months. It is a prison in which fundamental human rights are not respected. Besides, the building is not suitable to host human beings, since it lacks the basic infrastructure for that purpose. Moreover, the refugees are not given any possibility to communicate, are not informed about their rights and are not allowed access to fresh air.
Once registered in the Eurodac system, refugees are set free with an administrative deportation order requiring them to leave the country within a month. Some of them who lodge an asylum application end up in a bureaucratic chaos, go through state violence (there were two victims at the Athens Aliens Department in the last few months) and in the end only a 0,60% of the applications is accepted.
Those who decide to stay in Greece and find a job have to endure several constraints, hard working times, inhuman conditions and all this in exchange of an humiliating pay. Given their precarious situation they are not given the right of association in order to acquire better working conditions. An example of this is the recent assassination attempt (with vitriol) of a foreign woman – a trade representative – in Athens.
Those who try to set forth their journey, in order to reach (usually via Italy) other European countries, flock to the western ports, like Patra’s, where the Coast Guard’s repressive activities are an everyday phenomenon. And very often refugees are found dead inside the trucks with which they try to leave the country. And those who manage to continue their journey, if caught, are sent back to Greece in application of the Regulation Dublin II.
From the Schengen Agreement to the Dublin Regulation, from the European Pact on Immigration and Asylum to the so called “Directive of Shame”, from Frontex to the IOM, from the detention centres to the practices of expulsion and deterrence, from the borders to the capitals, Europe is clearly dealing with the phenomenon of immigration with measures of repression and border control.
Here in Lesvos the building of the “Fortress Europe” is clearly visible. That’s why we would like to invite you to join us in August (25-31), to
share with us the experience of what is going on at the borders, to discuss the problems, to coordinate our actions, to fight:

Η καταστολή δεν έχει θέση στο δικό μας πλοίο…
Η Λέσβος αποτελεί τα τελευταία χρόνια κεντρική πύλη εισόδου χιλιάδων προσφύγων και μεταναστών που θέλουν να έρθουν στην Ευρώπη. Στοιβάζονται σε μικρές πλαστικές βάρκες προσπαθώντας να περάσουν το υδάτινο σύνορο Τουρκίας – Ελλάδας. Κάποιοι δεν τα καταφέρνουν ποτέ. Τα τελευταία 20 χρόνια τουλάχιστον 1.100 μετανάστες και πρόσφυγες έχασαν τη ζωή τους στο Αιγαίο.
Το ελληνικό λιμενικό με τις πρακτικές «αποτροπής εισόδου» που εφαρμόζει παραβιάζει τα δικαιώματα των προσφύγων και θέτει σε κίνδυνο τη ζωή τους. Ταυτόχρονα η δράση του ενισχύεται από τη Frontex. Το πρώτο πλοίο στα πλαίσια της Frontex ανέλαβε δράση στο νησί τον Ιούλιο του 2008. Προσφάτως αξιωματικοί της Frontex ξεκίνησαν συνεντεύξεις / ανακρίσεις σε πρόσφυγες και μετανάστες που κρατούνται στην Παγανή Λέσβου.
Στην Παγανή (2 χλμ. έξω από τη Μυτιλήνη, την πρωτεύουσα του νησιού) βρίσκεται το κέντρο κράτησης, στο οποίο οδηγούνται οι μετανάστες και πρόσφυγες μόλις φτάσουν στη Λέσβο. Εκεί παραμένουν έγκλειστοι για εβδομάδες ή μήνες. Είναι μια φυλακή, όπου καταπατούνται θεμελιώδη ανθρώπινα δικαιώματα. Το κτίριο είναι ακατάλληλο για ανθρώπους, χωρίς στοιχειώδεις υποδομές, ενώ δεν τους παρέχονται δυνατότητα επικοινωνίας, πληροφόρηση και προαϋλισμός.
Αφού καταχωρηθούν στο σύστημα Eurodac, αφήνονται ελεύθεροι με ένα χαρτί διοικητικής απέλασης που τους υποχρεώνει να εγκαταλείψουν τη χώρα μέσα σε ένα μήνα. Κάποιοι απ’ αυτούς καταθέτουν αίτημα ασύλου, εμπλέκονται σε χαοτικές γραφειο-κρατικές διαδικασίες, βιώνουν την κρατική βία (2 νεκροί στο τμήμα αλλοδαπών της Αθήνας τους τελευταίους μήνες), ενώ μόνο το 0,60% αυτών των αιτημάτων εγκρίνεται.
Γι’ αυτούς που θα επιλέξουν να μείνουν στην Ελλάδα, η εύρεση εργασίας υπόκειται σε ποικίλους εξαναγκασμούς, ακραία ωράρια, απάνθρωπες συνθήκες και εξευτελιστικές αμοιβές. Λόγω επισφαλούς θέσης δεν τους δίνεται η δυνατότητα συλλογικών διεκδική-σεων για καλύτερες συνθήκες εργασίας. Ένα παράδειγμα είναι η πρόσφατη απόπειρα δολοφονίας αλλοδαπής συνδικαλίστριας με βιτριόλι στην Αθήνα.
Αυτοί που προσπαθούν να συνεχίσουν το ταξίδι τους προς την υπόλοιπη Ευρώπη -συνήθως μέσω Ιταλίας- στοιβάζονται στα δυτικά λιμάνια, όπως η Πάτρα. Εκεί η καταστολή από το λιμενικό είναι ένα καθημερινό φαινόμενο, όπως και οι θάνατοι μέσα στις κρύπτες των φορτηγών κατά τη διάρκεια του ταξιδιού. Όσοι καταφέρουν να προχωρήσουν επιστρέφονται πίσω στην Ελλάδα σύμφωνα με τη Συνθήκη του Δουβλίνου ΙΙ.
Από τη Συνθήκη του Σενγκεν μέχρι αυτήν του Δουβλίνου, από το Σύμφωνο Μετανάστευσης μέχρι τη Ντιρεκτίβα του Αίσχους, από τη Frontex μέχρι την ΙΟΜ, από τα κέντρα κράτησης μέχρι τις απελάσεις και τις πρακτικές αποτροπής και από τα σύνορα μέχρι τις μητροπόλεις η Ευρώπη αποδεικνύει ότι αντιμετωπίζει τα φαινόμενα της προσφυγιάς και της μετανάστευσης σαν προβλήματα καταστολής και συνοριοφύλαξης.
Εδώ, στη Λέσβο, όπου αποτυπώνεται καθαρά το καθεστώς ελέγχου των ευρωπαϊκών συνόρων, εδώ σας καλούμε, 25-31 Αυγού-στου 2009, να αποκτήσουμε από κοινού την εμπειρία της συνοριογραμμής, να συζητήσουμε, να συντονιστούμε, να αγωνιστούμε:
ΕΝΑΝΤΙΑ ΣΤΙΣ ΝΕΟ-ΕΠΕΚΤΑΤΙΚΕΣ ΠΟΛΙΤΙΚΕΣ ΚΑΙ ΣΤΟΝ ΕΞΑΝΑΓΚΑΣΜΟ ΤΗΣ ΠΡΟΣΦΥΓΙΑΣ!!!

TRT’de Anarşi / Anarchy at TRT

(tr)ODTÜ Sosyoloji Doktora öğrencisi Utku Usta’nın Alexis’in ölümü ve Yunanistan’daki isyan hakkında Taraf gazetesinde biraz kırpılarak yayınlanan yazısının ardından TRT Radyo’da Küresel Bakış programına çağırıldı. Programda TRT’de duyulması zor sözler ve fikirler vardı. Yunanistan’da Alexis’in ölümü ardından başlayan isyanın gösterilmemeye çalışılan anarşist yüzünü TRT’de dile getirdi Utku. Programda her ne kadar anarşizmden yüzeysel bir şekilde bahsedilmiş olsa da TRT’de yani devletin radyosunda bunları duymak hepimiz için güzeldi.

(en)A Turkish academy student publish an article on a newspaper (Taraf) and made a good conversation about Anarchism on the offical radio of the Turkish Republic. This conversation isn’t so deep but it was really unusual for the TRT (Turkish Radio and Television Corporation) Radio.
